recommended actions for the community staying with-in a reasonable

- Provide a high level of support with a personal touch and individual
treatment.
- Counsel the committee and home owners on issues related to their
landscape that need attention. Provide accurate pricing estimates for
each recommendation.
- Maintain the your landscape and lawn to the highest standards. This will
be done on a consistent basis with scheduled performance.
- Implement additional items as approved by the committee. These will be
based on a plan of action created by Mulch Rite to continually improve
the property.

- Competitors
- Many companies rely heavily on mowing to generate their profit. These
companies may consider themselves to be a “full service” landscape
company. In actuality they do tons of mowing while performing other
services sparingly. They rely on mowing and the fastest completion
possible to make a profit. Larger companies also provide service to so
many giant complexes doing mass service This limits the personal
attention they can provide. They have a huge work force and have
trouble supervising all crews at once.
- Mulch Rite Strengths
- Mulch Rite is a company who's focus is on total property improvement
and upkeep. Our services range from landscape design &
implementation of all outdoor elements. Mowing is only a small portion
of our business and we limit this service so that we can provide a wide
range of service. We’ve learned to provide quality service with
individual treatment. Our smaller company size allows communication
directly with the owner. This is apparent to our customers and crew.
The owner is involved in daily operations and is on-site of most
projects in person.

- Our competition tries to provide service in volume this means they have
to get in and out as quick as possible. You may only see them once a
week with a giant crew. This limits the amount of personal care as well
as the attention to detail they can provide.
- Mulch Rite has a focused approach providing service more frequently. We
are on site more often in smaller crews assuring that each crew member
knows the daily needs of the project. This strategy allows us to know
exactly what needs attention NOW!

- We accurately schedule jobs to allow adequate time for completion. This
is extremely important because of the timely needs of landscape
maintenance. We do what it takes to stay on schedule.
- Standards of quality
- The owner continually checks progress and results to assure we are
providing the best possible service. Direct communication is always
possible with the management so decisions can be made and work is never
delayed.
- Standards specifically being ignored
- Our focus is on quality results not quantity. For instance; how many
times the grass is mowed is not as important as how often the grass
needs to be mowed. Some plants need pruning more than others and
pruning at the wrong time can cause problems.

- Enclosed is our itemized pricing for the services listed. The items
listed on Bid Sheet #120 are related to the common areas of the Housing
Community to be paid by the Association. The items listed On Bid Sheet
#121 apply to the individual home owner and is to be contracted
individually between Mulch Rite and the home owner. Specifics of timing
and service progression will be included in the final agreed upon
contract along with the exact payment terms. Items on the bid are based
on the estimated number of completions expected annually. The total
price is fixed for items, up to the quantity of times listed on the bid.
Additional items or services that may be recommended in the improvement
plan or in writing will be at an additional expense upon customer
approval.
