Scheduling on-line makes it easy for you to get what you want quickly and accurately at

STEP 1: Fill out the scheduling order form for the service you are interested in and click on the "schedule now" button. You can get to this form by clicking on the links at the bottom of this page or this link above. (We do not collect payment at this time)

STEP 2: You will receive an automated reply noting that our system received your request.

STEP 3: Within 48 hours (usually faster) you will receive a response from our staff containing the price, schedule date, and other details about your service. It will include specific information that you've submitted so you can check it for accuracy.

If you've scheduled a lawn assessment or estimate it will include appointment date and general pricing information so you'll know what to expect before we get there.

STEP 4: We arrive and complete the scheduled service or assessment and collect payment then. We are very reliable, and in the event that we cannot make it that day do to weather or other constraints, you'll get contacted for a reschedule date.

Notes related to estimates and lawn assessments

We schedule Lawn Assessments and estimates in route with our daily service stops. We suggest that you have and necessary preparation (like marking hidden items, irrigation or underground items) prior to the scheduled date for your appointment.

Our Pro advisor will provide a lawn assessment, estimate, and service plan; then most of the time we can get started on your project "or plan" right away at that first appointment. This speeds up your turn around time by not have to schedule a return appointment for service. (unless you want to)

Lawn services like seeding are somewhat time sensitive and this helps get your project done in that "prime seasonal window."

We know you're busy and don't have time to wait around for the "lawn guy."  You do not need to be home during this appointment. We will stop by your property for the assessment and if you are working or running errands we can call you with the suggestions from our expert. We can accept payments at the time of service by credit card if you're not there in person.

Note* We collect upon completion. You will receive payment instructions with your appointment reply from our staff.  If you would like to pre-pay by credit card or make other arrangements for payment please call us at (614)893-5049. We will not complete the service without payment.

Note* We will complete the project sometime during the " Service Date" listed. The date and price is based on the information that we received from you if there need to be changes to the price due to inaccurate information submitted (like turf sqft) then we will let you know when our technion arrives.
- Because of our demanding schedule we cannot give an exact time when we will arrive.
-The process of lawn aeration is highly dependent on the softness of the soil. If it has been dry, we recommend watering your lawn the day before you are. This will ensure the best possible results.

Note* If you have any buried items that we should be aware of (electric fencing, underground dog fence, sprinkler system, landscape lighting, shallow cables etc.) we expect them to be marked before our arrival. If you have indicated that there is a buried obstruction we expect it to be marked with paint, flags, or a suitable item. The service will not be performed if you have indicated an buried obstruction and it is not marked.

Note* If you have not indicated a buried item or other obstruction on your order, we will complete the service as scheduled. However we will not take responsibility for damages to any obstruction not clearly marked.

Note* If we are unable to complete the service due to lack of payment at the time of service, locked gates, outside pets, or unmarked obstructions we will assess a $25 "trip charge."
